Large and comfortable room, we stayed at the "Romance" room (king size bed and it has a Jacuzzi bath tube). Very friendly staff. Beautiful, charming B&B. Free parking available for guests - parking was a difficult in the area, so this was an excellent perk. Close the Grayton State Park, Seaside and other attractions. Walkable area, shops and restaurants nearby. Charming healthy café on premise. Breakfast was good, healthy and home made. Almost vegan but they have a few non-vegan options too.

Location was excellent. Free breakfast window of opportunity was limited 8-10 am. Room was very small. No desk or couch. Very cool, chick place. A/C temp control was all or none. I liked it though and would stay again. With tax add on over $300 a night.

My room took me back to my childhood, when I spent my summer vacation at my grandmother's house. Beautiful House.

I loved everything else about this place! The location was amazing. The accommodations were so cozy and comfortable. And I absolutely loved The breakfast! I would recommend this place to anyone, Unless Their stay would hinder mine lol! I hope to return one day and try a different apartment.
